Primary schools preparing for implementation:
The National Curriculum

Teachers and school executives K–6 are invited to join us at this conference that will explore:

  • the design of the Australian Curriculum, including the role of the general capabilities as the thread that links together learning across different subjects
  • the opportunities and challenges associated with curriculum reform
  • how to best approach implementation at both classroom and school levels
  • the experience of an Australian Curriculum trial primary school
  • creative and productive use of technology, especially ICT, as a foundation for success in all learning areas.
